Amazon Orders Page Down 1-7-2023
Both buyers and sellers are currently reporting problems when trying to view Amazon order records.
There's been a spike in reports on DownDetector:

Yep can't view order confirmation. Hopefully it'll be back up soon!
Yes order confirmation and cannot view order either.
No order confirmation and cannot view order either. Tried to call Amazon and their system is down!!!
There's a problem displaying the details for this order right now. Click "View order details" or try refreshing this page."
Made an order but it's not displaying and i have yet to receive a confirmation email.
And across social media:
@amazon @AmazonHelp seems like there is an issue going around where recent orders can't be viewed. What is going on?

Something I ordered said 'There's a problem displaying the details for this order right now. Click "View order details" or try refreshing this page.' wth? @AmazonHelp
and their customer service is down or something. 😠

And in the Amazon seller community:

Is Seller Central order report down? I’m not showing any sales for a few hours and this is highly unusual. My listing looks fine on the website though.
No sales over here for about 3 hours, guess it’s that time again.
I'll update as soon as I have more information - in the meantime, if your Amazon orders aren't loading, let us know in the comments below!
As many of the items I sell are £10 or less, this makes it not worth the bother and I'll probably have to give it away to the charity shop.
Add that to the "buyer protection" fee they've added on - and the costs are making it untenable for people trying to clear the house, or make a few bob from old bits and pieces. Not happy at all and there doesn't seem to be a way of opting out.
The sooner these sleazebags at the top can be got rid of, or some community-run buy/sell/swap sites come up - the better. We don't need ebay.
