Can't Log In To eBay iOS App After Update 12-1-23
eBay users report an error preventing them from logging in after updating to the most recent version of the iOS app.
I updated my app to the latest version of 6.137.0.2 and since then i am unable to login into my ebay account it just says “ Oops! something went Wrong” , i have 101 orders to dispatch . I spoke to ebay yesterday but they didn’t comeback yet. I thought its my phone only but it seems to be almost every one who updated their app. Ebay do something ASAP
Unable to sign in to my eBay account . I have deleted the app and reloaded it but still cannot sign in can you please help.
As a temporary workaround, some users say they are able to login when using their mobile browser instead of the app.
I have recently updated the eBay app & ever since I am unable to log in using my Touch ID. But when I use the website it logs in fine. I have tried uninstalling the app & reinstalling the app but nothing is working I have literally ran out of ideas on what to do next can anyone help or relate to my issue

eBay support on Twitter acknowledged the issue yesterday, saying the mobile tech team is working on a fix, though they may have been overly optimistic with their time estimates as new reports are still coming in this morning.

We did receive a report from our mobile tech team on this, and they are working to fix it as we speak. Definitely keep us posted and try logging in as some members will start seeing the fix sooner that others. ~Dasha
