Can't Select Condition When Listing In eBay App
Sellers are unable to list using the eBay app due to no option to select item condition.
This issue just started a few hours ago. Whenever I create a listing using the sell similar option, I have no option to select the condition of the item. It is just blank. I have restarted the app, deleted it and reinstalled.
I'm trying to do my daily listings but for like 5 hours I cannot put a condition of my items. It just comes up blank no options at all. Earlier I couldn't edit my photos now I can't list.......
I'm listing from my Android app, this afternoon it started not letting me select item condition no matter the item and it seems to be across all categories as well, as I have tried to list several different items in several different categories, because of this I cannot list any item because an item condition has to be selected So I've had to save everything as drafts I see on the main discussion boards other people are having this issue as well, but I do not see it over here on the technical issues bored yet.
Im trying to list and I cannot choose the condtion, there o option ans I cant list. Anybody else is having tbis problem ?
bleep ebay, i am trying to list items, and no matter what i try to list, when i go to item condition, there are no selections to select, therefore, i can not list any items.
So far these reports indicate the problem is only happening in the eBay app. As a temporary workaround, sellers can create drafts in the app and finish the listing through the desktop listing form or simply use a desktop to create the entire listing - assuming sellers have access to a desktop to use for listing.
