eBay App Can't Send Offers Christmas Glitch
eBay sellers report mobile app glitch dampened the Christmas spirit, preventing offers from being sent to potential buyers over the last few days.

Can anyone help me please. on 'send offers to buyers', i can send offers via my mobile phone, but just starting today, it wont let my husband send the offers from his phone. It just comes up in red, saying 'offer not sent'.

Up until two days ago, I was able to send offers to potential buyers. Now , when I try to send offers, it says offer not sent. Any ideas what is going on?

I've got multiple items eligible to send an offer to potential buyers as a seller. Yet every one I attempted to send in the last two days comes back with an offer not sent error message. Anyone else seeing this?
It turns out quite a few people were and are seeing this problem, with users on Reddit offering some possible workarounds until eBay gets the issue fixed, including trying to use the option for a percentage off instead of a dollar amount or just using either a mobile or desktop browser instead of the app to send offers.
Is anyone else suddenly having issues with listings on Ebay not allowing you to send offers (as a buyer)? I have two listings with interested buyers and when I try to send offers, it just says "offer not sent" on both.
My account is in good standing, these are not listed as an auction, they're on as "buy now" price. I've been in Ebay for about a year and never had this issue..
Same try change to percentage
If you go to the web version of seller hub, and go to your listings and click on the '1 of your listings are eligible for sending offers' banner, that's what worked for me

eBay has responded to my BBB complaint twice. The first time they told me that I deserved below standard because my shipping scans were below the threshold. However, I had to quote their own website to them saying that shipping numbers cannot lead to downgrade to Below Standard.
The second response they just said I would be restored on May 20th completely ignoring the issue at hand, admitting an issue existed, or offering any type of solution.
If this concerns you, this happened to you, or worried it may happen, please take action. In fact, take action anytime eBay is doing somethning wrong. They will change nothing if you don't say anything. If enough people speak up, they do make changes.
