eBay Connection Problem Stamps.Com & ShipStation 4-15-23

Auctane has resolved the connection issue with eBay for ShipStation and Stamps.com.
On Friday, 4/14/2023, Auctane (ShipStation and Stamps.com's operating brand) discovered a disruption in the connection between Auctane platforms and eBay. Auctane has since resolved the issue on its platforms.
For any ShipStation or Stamps.com merchants still experiencing this issue, or missing previous orders, please reach out directly to support@shipstation.com or support@stamps.com to have this corrected.
Sellers are reporting problems preventing eBay from connecting with Stamps.com and ShipStation to import orders for shipping, starting yesterday.
As of this am, my ebay sales didn't populate to my stamps.com account. I had to enter them manually
I'm having the same problem. Won't download orders placed since early this morning on either the app or the website.
I tried going through Run/ %appdata% etc... to change the last import date and that didn't work.
Tried "reconnecting" to ebay and that didn't work.
Thinking about calling but that's usually a long waste of time.
I called and was told it's a site wide issue they're working on. There's always something going wrong with stamps.com... I wish there was a better alternative.
Just got off of chat with support and they noted the below:

We are still not importing orders from eBay, amazon and our website are importing as usual,
