Adoption of the eBay Vault service has been slow, possibly due to lack of transparent pricing.

Why Would You Use eBay Vault?
eBay Vault for trading cards debuted in June, but lack of transparent pricing may be holding back user adoption.

Buyers who have chosen to send cards to the eBay Vault have also reported problems with the "professional" listing service that's included - listing details once entered in the Vault were missing important information like the year of the card or had incorrect information and the seller is not able to edit it, which could significantly impact the resale price.

The eBay Vault is supposed to include professional photo & listing services - are they living up to the promise?
