eBay Labels Default To QR Code, Don't Include Receipt When Printing

Sellers and eBay community staff are now confirming this issue has been resolved.
eBay sellers are reporting multiple, possibly related, issues printing shipping labels from the platform with the default format being automatically switched to QR code instead of a printable label and printable labels not including a receipt on the bottom half of the 8" x 11" option.
Anyone else having this issue? When I purchase a label, ebay would normally pop up a print window to print the label. Today, no pop-up. I am getting an email now with a qr code. Did ebay change something or is my pc wonky?
Found the problem. If you scroll down, there is a "Shipping Label Format" selection. Choices are Printable and QR Code. Mine was on QR code for some strange reason.Click printable and the window comes up now.

Clicked Print Label and it came up without the lower half receipt section...tried again, same thing. Called my sis who also sells in another town, same thing...NO RECEIPT! We need that for our records...BRING IT BACK!!!
Same problem here. I hope Ebay clears this up quickly... the lower receipt section made it easy to keep track of all info on the transaction. What the heck is a QR code anyway?
My sales have pretty much gone down the drain in the past year... I certainly didn't need this annoyance on top of it.
Well, we are moving into the holiday season. EBay never disappoints by mucking up a system when you need it most.
The old mail label format was there this morning with the bottom small receipt showing what was bought and ship charges for our records. One hour later...gone!

Some sellers have indicated they were finally able to get the receipt to show again, but only by changing the setting from the QR default to printable before printing the label.
Make sure you selected Printable Label. For some reason, it defaulted to QR code on the first label I purchased today. I didn't realize that was what happened until I went to buy the second. I clicked printable label BEFORE I purchased it and the receipt info was there.
If that is the case, sellers may need to void any labels inadvertently created from the QR code default and reprint after changing the setting.
However, this seems to be intermittent and that workaround so far does not work for everyone, which points to this likely being a glitch sellers will just have to wait for eBay to resolve.
eBay has yet to acknowledge the issue or provide any updates and so far neither the system status page nor the ongoing technical issues post in the community are reflecting the problem.
