I am a U.S. eBay seller who created my account in 2020. For the last five months, I have been subject to having my payment held until three days after delivery. Customer service has given me different explanations for why this is happening. One representative said it was part of a new rollout, while another blamed the eBay algorithm and assured me everything would return to normal. I have a 99.7% feedback rating, with over 3,600 items sold, and I always resolve any disputes. Having over $3,000 perpetually held restricts my cash flow. The fact that tracking does not consistently update for some items—like those sent in a PWE—means I will not get paid until 30 days after the transaction. This whole process is a headache. I appreciate this informative and well-written article.

Lovely today with that. A certain forum member mentioned moderators actions and had nothing more than their post removed. When I previously did, I was banned again.

Is this supposed to be good? Its one small step for the AI to ban what it doesn't approve. This is an unfolding dystopian nightmare.
