eBay Ongoing Technical Issues
Lack of communication and transparency around technical issues is a long-standing pain point for eBay sellers. The System Status Board is not updated regularly and it's common for it to show no outages or disruptions even when the community and social media show wide reports of problems, often leaving sellers in the dark when glitches appear.
In a refreshing change of pace, eBay community staff have started a pinned thread to keep track of several ongoing technical issues, including ticket IDs and required information to expedite the process of reporting to customer support.
While it's by no means an exhaustive list, it's great to see this transparency and accountability and I hope the community team keeps it up!
I'll update this post as new issues are added or old ones are resolved and of course, will continue to keep tabs on other technical issues as well, even they don't make it into the official list. π

Buyer only sees first page of the items for sale (March 25, 2022 - April 24, 2022) - Often can't see page two but sometimes it happens further into the search.

Shipping calculator and label flow are not currently adding in Non-Standard Fees. The shipping team is aware and working on a fix (April 26, 2022 - April 28, 2022) Update, everything is working like normal again and sellers will be reimbursed for any impacted transactions.
