eBay sellers are experiencing problems with payments for recent orders not showing in Payments tab in Seller Hub.

Managed Payments Not Working—Sold Item Payments Not Coming Through
Managed payments appears to be having technical difficulties again. Sold item payments are not showing up. According to customer service they are aware and expect it to be fixed in 24-48 hours. Just fyi.

im having the same issue, shows items have been paid for but not in my processing payments

Thank you, I thought this was some new scam or something where a buyer could trick the system that they paid but put a bad card or something cause I’m missing payments from today as well, still no response from eBay Twitter so thank you.. hopefully they appear

Same here; last 2 sales at 2:44 and 2: 54 have not shown up in the PENDING or on the detail on the right side of the PAYMENTS tab.

Dollars always show within 2 minutes of an item being shown as 'sold' (I have BIN IPR).

I just checked my payments tab and it appears that Ebay is shorting my payments. Added up total payments in after fees and shipping and short almost half. Called Ebay CS and they confirmed that my payment appears short. Is this happening to anybody else? How long has this been going on?

I just checked my account activity and my last two sales are not being included in the "processing" section. Totally missing from my funds. Anyone else? Not sure what is going on but don't care to be shorted on my money.


The eBay System Status page does currently show a disruption to Billing that has been there since October 5th, so it's not clear if that's related to whatever this current issue is or not.


I'll update as soon as I have more information - in the mean time, I do not recommend shipping orders if you cannot confirm you've received payment.
