UPDATE:

Impacted sellers are now reporting seeing the following message in Seller Hub:

Some sellers may have experienced an issue with their payouts. This has been resolved and all affected payouts have been initiated. Depending on your bank, these payouts should be cleared and become available to you in the next 1-4 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience.

eBay has now officially acknowledged this as a technical issue

Ongoing technical issues
Hi everyone - there have been a number of reports in the last week of members impacted by one or several ongoing technical issues. We have detailed them below. If you are impacted by one or multiple of these please consider contacting Customer Support (link here) to be added to the open tickets. W…

This latest ongoing technical issue comes at an interesting time - as eBay is set to kick of the eBay Open 2022 seller conference event tomorrow, I'm reminded of when Ex-CEO Devin Wenig infamously said at eBay Open 2018 that technical glitches are unacceptable and really pissed him off.

Interestingly, eBay has since blocked that YouTube video from being embedded or shared on other sites, but you can still watch it here.

Will current CEO Jamie Iannone & VP Global Payments Avritti Khandurie Mittal face tough questions about this Managed Payments meltdown?

Will they even actually be there "live" to engage with sellers or will it be pre-recorded like last year's event?

I guess we'll find out tomorrow! And if you can't tune in during eBay Open, don't worry, Value Added Resource will have full coverage each day of the event.

UPDATE:

One seller reports being told by support that the weekend payouts did not actually get processed until 5PM on Monday, September 19.

Re: My deposits from Saturday and sunday have disappeared yet the one for today posted fine.
I just spoke to payments and she said when she looked to see when my weekend payments were actually processed it was 5 pm last night while my Monday payment that I already received was processed early in the morning. so Finger crossed they are deposited today and just are running later than usual pr…

so Finger crossed they are deposited today and just are running later than usual processing weekend payments. She said if the deposit isn't there by tomorrow then they will start escalating to technical support as well.

eBay sellers in the US are reporting delays in receiving Managed Payments payouts that were theoretically sent over the weekend.

Anyone else on DAILY payments not get paid today like they normally would?

I just spent an extremely frustrating hour, mostly on hold, with my bank, only to finally have the problem blamed on Ebay. Normally when ebay sends available funds to me over the weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday, in this case both), it shows up as deposited and available in my bank account Monday, no later than 12:00 PM, usually 11:05 AM for some reason. But today there's nothing, not even 'pending' deposits from Ebay, and this wasn't a holiday weekend or anything. The overseas phone reps for my bank (repS, plural, because they transferred me from one to the next) said Ebay has not sent funds, period. But here in my Payments page, it shows FUNDS SENT at 2:00 AM on both Saturday and Sunday mornings, same as usual.

So I am just wondering if anyone else on daily payments did not see an expected deposit in their bank today. I am not about to endure the grief of getting hold of another overseas rep (this time for Ebay) saying "Okay Ma'am" over and over, and then tell me it's my bank, not Ebay.

So ya, my Monday deposit came in regularly but still no weekend deposits and tuesdays system has already ran everything at my bank. Something is not correct somewhere and is causing work flow issues

My deposits from Saturday and sunday have disappeared yet the one for today posted fine.
2 payments from Sept 17 and Sept 18 sat and Sunday disappeared totaling $1000 however the deposit for Monday the 19th hit my account today. Usually I have 3 deposits hit Monday 2 have disappeared into thin air ebay claims they paid out but my bank has no record I cannot afford to have ebay steal $10…

2 payments from Sept 17 and Sept 18 sat and Sunday disappeared totaling $1000 however the deposit for Monday the 19th hit my account today. Usually I have 3 deposits hit Monday 2 have disappeared into thin air ebay claims they paid out but my bank has no record I cannot afford to have ebay steal $1000 from me on top of all of the other fees they charge who do I need to contact about this? I see other posts where people have had the same issue where ebay claims they paid out but never actually did!!!

I am also having this issue, my $500 payout sent Monday came in, but 2 payouts on the weekend, for a total of $4400, are nowhere to be found. Hopefully there is an issue somewhere and they were just held up for a day, I know of 2 other people with this issue as well.

It does appear so far that support is telling people it's a problem with the banks, not eBay.

Yesterday was a bank holiday in the UK due to the state funeral of Queen Elizabeth II and that may have also affected other commonwealth countries like Canada, but to my knowledge should not have caused any US banks to be closed or delay deposits.

I'll update so more information becomes available. In the meantime, if you're missing eBay payouts from September 17-18, let us know in the comments below!
