eBay Purchase History Page Showing Paid Items As Unpaid
eBay buyers are very confused by an apparent glitch that is showing previously paid items in their purchase history as unpaid.
This screenshot only shows 2 of the 4 "Pay Now" requests for the same items that are on my purchase page. How do I get rid of these requests?
I have the same problem. Created a few topics on it, even called CSR twice. The first rep told me it was on the sellers end and they could not receive the payment for some reason. contacted the seller and they said it was fine on their end.
2nd call to CRS said there was an open ticket and was being worked on.
The truth lies somewhere in between...
The items were delivered to me today, yet it still shows awaiting payment. Too many problems for a site this large. They keep "tweaking" what was working fine.
The new V2 purchase history page is entirely broken. Everything shows as unpaid pretty much no matter what. Images are broken, the formatting is a nightmare, items are duplicated multiple times over. I have been hoping and waiting for someone to fix this, but it's been months now.
I have the same problem, I posted a topic and then reposted in the technical issues section.
I have unpaids and awaiting payments in my purchase history and in orders, These show up multiple times.
All are paid, if I click order details it says as such. After 2 calls CSR said I was added to a ticket. I do not have much confidence it will get fixed soon.
2 of my "unpaids" are being delivered today.
I say eBay is now below standard
I am having the same issue. Items paypal shows as completed show as awaiting payment, lots of multiple posts of same item, seems completely random.
What on Earth is going on with the "Purchase History" page? This is the latest eBay glitch and it is very annoying. You go to "Purchase History" and you see MULITIPLE duplicated purchases that state "Awaiting Payment". They remain on there even though payment has been made several days earlier and you have received the item(s)! eBay just can't seem to leave well-enough alone and should remember the phrase "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"!
I don't know where to turn for help on this one; the sellers are no help. I made 2 different "bulk" buys from 2 different sellers. I.e. in both cases I added 3 books to a cart, got an invoice from the seller & paid. I already have paid for & received the items. All 6 items (2 sellers) show up in my purchase history as shipped but are also keep getting tagged as unpaid. The seller insists she went in manually to correct it.
Velvet@eBay did respond to one thread and acknowledged this is a known issue.
Sorry for the drawn out topic, but since I am going to tag velvet@ebay I want everything laid out.
I'm sure this is the umteenth topic about Unpaid item notices showing up in Purchase Histories. However I have not read one yet with the info I am going to post below. Neither of the Unpaid notices were in my history a couple of weeks ago...
...So velvet@ebay, this is a glitch we have been reading about on the Buying board for months now. Is it on the list of glitches to be repaired? If it is not on the "repair" list it should be. Maybe you need to offer a suggestion to the next person up the corporate ladder. Tell them to stop fixing what is not broken, until fixes for the things that are broken have been implemented.
