eBay Revamps Shipping & Return Info Tab On View Item Page
eBay's efforts to improve the View Item page continue with a new design for the Shipping, Returns, and Payment info section of the listing page.
Previously, the shipping, returns and payment details were in a separate tab that required the buyer to click to view the details.
Old version:
The new experience is introduced with an info pop up directing buyers to click "see details" at which point a pop up window appears with the shipping, returns, and payment information displayed.
Some users were a bit confused at first since there is no longer a separate tab next to the "About This Item" tab in the new view.
However, aside from possible initial confusion, user feedback so far on the new look has been mostly positive.
I just noticed when I checked shipping details on a listing, a slick, new, easy to read informational page popped up instead of that cluttered, old circa 1990 shipping Detail Page....
So far, I like it.....
The feature appears to still be in testing and is only currently visible to some users and/or in certain browsers.
