eBay Seller Hub Down 9-18-24: Drafts Missing, Listing Form Errors
eBay sellers report Seller Hub is down with technical issues causing listing errors and missing drafts.
I just went to list some of my drafts and they are all missing. Is anyone else having the same issue right now?
Same here. All of my drafts are gone.
Getting various errors while managing/creating listings today. Not sure what the issues are, but seems like there's something going on with eBay. Trying to end a listing, and it keeps saying "Listing could not be ended.", or creating drafts it will say "Draft could not be created".
Furthermore, when going into my drafts it will show that there are 0 even though I am actively working on several. Refreshing a time or two will display them.
Anybody else experiencing this, and/or know what might be going on? It's obviously eBay's side of things, and it's making creating new listings rather difficult.
Edit: A new message I've just gotten when trying to 'Sell similar' is "We're sorry, the listing tool isn't working right now." or something similar.
As usual, the eBay System Status page shows now outages or disruptions:
But Down Detector and eBay's own forum and social channels are exploding with reports of the errors.
Meanwhile, eBay's social support channels say they are "not seeing widespread reports" - apparently not bothering to check their own forum or even other posts tagging them about this issue.
