eBay Sellers Can't Add Items To Existing Markdown Sales
eBay sellers are struggling with technical issue that is preventing them from adding new items to existing markdown sale promotions.
Trying to add items to an existing sale. When I try to add new listings to add items to an existing sale the Save and review button not working. Not clickable!!
I've done this so many times in the past, seems to be a glitch. Anyone else have this problem?
For the last few days I haven't been able to add any items to an existing sale, I can only create new ones. I regularly need to move items around to different discount levels as I'm sure a lot of people do, this is making things a real headache. Once you select the items to add the "Save and Review" button at the bottom right lights up blue, as if it's ready to go to the next page, but the button doesn't do anything.
I've tried different browsers and devices, they all behave the same way.
I have an active listing and an active percentage discount promotion with items already added to it. Today, after creating 3 new listings, waiting until they became fully live, I click on one of my promotions to Edit, select Add, see the items I just listed, place a check mark next to the item I want to add, click on Save & Review and nothing happens. No error message, nothing. I then cancel and close and retry with the same result.
I have tried other browsers, signing out and in, restarting my computer. Nothing helps. Anyone got any ideas?
I have several markdown campaigns in markdown manager. Daily, I add a few items to some of them. Today, when I go to select an item in one of the campaigns and try to add, when I click the button nothing happens! I am unable to add any items to any of my existing campaigns! Not sure what the fix is....anyone know? Each campaign is not maxed out....I noticed they raised the max to 1500 items per campaign. Maybe this is causing a bug?
I have many existing markdown sales. All of a sudden, I am unable to add new items to any of my existing sales When I select additional items and click the blue Save & Review button, nothing happens when I click the button. I have been in an extended chat with an agent and we have tried clearing cache and cookies, using a different browser, and going incognito in my browser. So far, nothing has helped.
The only way I am able to put more items on sale now is to create new markdown sales from scratch, rather than just adding to the ones I already have.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
I'm having same problem. Looks like ebay changed the item limit on sales from 500 to 1500, which I'm sure is what caused the problem. Everytime they change something, they mess something else up.
Yes, you can create a new sale and add items to that one but then after you launch that new sale, you are not able to add any more items to it! This is a HUGE problem for me! I rely on these markdown sales....I add more items to the each day as items reach their 30 day mark....
No luck today....this really impacts my business and this is especially bad since things are slow for me right now....ugh!
eBay has not yet acknowledged this issue and sellers are frustrated as they are working to plan for next week's big Labor Day Weekend sales.
