eBay sellers report problems with deleting or relisting ended and unsold items from Seller Hub Unsold Items page, saying options are greyed out and not able to be selected.

Unable to relist my unsold auctions in Seller Hub

When I go to Manage Unsold Listings in Seller Hub and try to select the listings that I want to relist none of the buttons on the top (relist, relist as fixed price, etc) work. It doesn't matter if I select 1 item or several (the select all box doesn't work either) all options are greyed out.

I tried signing out and clearing my cookies, I used Chrome and Edge on a PC, Chrome on a tablet and Safari on a phone. I logged into my other Ebay account using Edge on a PC and everything worked perfectly! I signed out of that account and into this one and it still doesn't work. This is been going on for days and it's really annoying to have to relist items individually. Can anyone help me with this?

I am getting exactly the same problem. The old multiple actions screen that was available approximately ten days ago has gone and the new page for Unsold items only offers Delete or single realists. A time consuming process esp for over 100 listings.

I am having the same problems not being able to relist in bulk unsold listings. Spoke with 2 Ebay reps today and they acknowledged that there was a problem and it was at the top of their priority list. Still unresolved after 2 days.

Difficult to understand why they have not put out an announcement on this while everyone, including Ebay, suffers $$ loss from not being able to list.

Deleting ended items not relisted
I’ve done it hundreds of times but now the eBay interface will not allow deletion of ended items that have not been relisted. After checking an item the Action button does not becaome active. Also, the interface will not allow me to select all. All of my listings are buy it now, no auctions. Thanks

Unable to delete unsold
Been going on for a few days now. Using Chrome. I’ve been unable to delete items that were ended by me. The dropdown doesn’t even open. I’ve cleared cookies, cleared cache and restarted I can’t have these hanging around to get phantom re-listed. Is this an old ebay glitch or is this a new glitch…

Is this an old ebay glitch or is this a new glitch or is this a feature and not a bug?

eBay has not yet added this issue to the Ongoing Technical Issues thread in the community, but several affected sellers said support told them a ticket had already been opened internally for the problem.

Bonanza (or bMarketplace, or whatever they want to call themselves this week) is FINISHED.

They just "killed the golden goose". I imported my 1500+ eBay items to there since it was free. Turned out just to be a lot of work for (maybe) 3 sales a month.

The total fees were higher there before this new $20 a month cost structure, even though they claimed otherwise. When one factors in the 3.49% + 49 cent PayPal processing fees so one can get paid, there went a good chunk of profit.

Now they have boosted their commission to 11%, and still claim that the cost to sell there is less than eBay's. And remember that this does not include payment processing. WHY?? Makes no sense at all.

On eBay, for $27.95 a month, I sell over 100 items there every 30-31 days. Makes ZERO SENSE to pay a site $20 to make just a couple of sales. Since they now allow 50 "free listings", I have trimmed my offerings back to just below that amount. Also had to raise all my prices accordingly to absorb the extra selling costs.

The people who run the show here obviously didn't realize that eBay sellers who imported their listings gave the site a great depth of product, which would attract more buyers. Now that will be gone, because NO ONE will pay them $20 monthly for little to no sales.

The site also has technical issues that they refuse to fix. It was a decent resource to enable the occasional sale, but they will soon be stacked onto the eCommerce trash heap of companies that THOUGHT they could compete with Amazon and eBay. Etsy may also suffer the same fate soon, as many sellers are also leaving their site due to high fees, website issues, and poor management.

Basic eComm rule here: When you do not carry any inventory, and sellers are solely responsible for supplying your site with the goods offered, DON'T BITE THE HAND WHICH FEEDS YOU!!!

They need to fix a very broken system full of nasty attitudes. The patrons no longer matter.
