eBay Sellers Unable To Send Offers To Watchers
Sellers in both the US and UK are reporting they've been unable to send offers to watchers for several days.

Hi. Ive been selling on Ebay for qbout 4 years now, and noticed over the last 7 days Ive been unable to send offers to new watchers. Ive had 18 items with new watches, got offers enabled, have no negative feedback. Is this a glitch, or has anyone experienced this problem?
I've checked on both app and desktop, and its not showing up on either. I can still receive offers from buyers.
There is a known glitch on eBay for this at the moment. It’s been since Saturday for most of us (not being able to send offers). Have no idea when it’s going to get fixed but lots of us are losing sales due to it. It’s appalling

I often send out offers on items that are being watched , it has become a vital part of what i do however in the last 48 hours or so i have noticed many items that now have watchers but have not appeared in my send offer eligible list . Clicking on the item individually tells me there are watchers but will not allow me to send offers , these are both new new listings and older ones. Has anybody noticed the same? i know sometimes it can take an hour or so to appear in the list but this has been almost 2 days.

I'm no longer able to send offer to people watching my items. Used to work until friday evening and then it stopped abruptly.
This is both on app and desktop. I've done all the logging in and out, reloading app etc - but doesn't resolve the problem
I've contact ebay but they've not been able to resolve or even give a reason
Any help appreciated
eBay support agents on Twitter have confirmed it is a known technical issue and they are currently working on a resolution.
