eBay Store Glitch - Items Not Shown, Tabs In Wrong Place
eBay must be messing around with Stores pages and unsurprisingly broke something in the process.
Some sellers report their store pages are no longer showing any of their items because eBay seems to have shuffled the information that is supposed to be in the Store tabs, moving everything to the wrong tab and getting rid of the main view of items. 😲
Has anyone else noticed their landing page for visitors is messed up? Under the SHOP tab it shows the "About" section tab instead. Under the ABOUT tab it shows "Feedback" instead. Under FEEDBACK it is completely blank. WHERE ARE MY LISTINGS EBAY???
I link to my user page from Facebook, Youtube, and other platforms to hopefully gain customers for my items being sold and noticed it is not showing ANY LISTINGS that are being offered. However, if I search for an item it does show up in search so I'm not too concerned but for other reasons I am.
Here is what I'm seeing. Can you check your user/store landing page and see if it looks the same or if it is a personal issue I need to address with Ebay. Thank you.
Others report the same thing - about section shuffled to shop, feedback shuffled to about, feedback section blank and....no items shown.
Hello. First time asking a question here, and none of the tech support options seemed to have anything particular to my issue. Today I made several listing of trading cards, but when I go to my home page, the store tab seems bugged? When selected, it shows info as if on the "About Me" tab while also asking "Do you like our profile experience?", and "About me" tab shows all the feedback i've received as a seller. When clicking the feedback tab, it just shows a blank page with the question "Do you like our Profile Experience?"
I can't view my items for sale, and neither can anyone else that i've asked in my group of friends. I went to view other vendors to see if the same issue was occurring, but those pages appear fine. What's going on?
A helpful eBay community member said they noticed it appears to be impacted sellers with a smaller number of listings and that buyers can still sell of the seller's items for sale using the "seller's other items" link.
There seems to be a problem with certain seller profile pages -- possibly those of sellers with fewer than about a hundred listings.
On an affected profile page, the Shop tab leads to the About page, the About tab leads to the Feedback page, and the Feedback tab leads to a blank page.
You should be able to reach your items for sale by using the About tab to get to the Feedback page, scrolling to the bottom to "See all Feedback" and from there using the "Seller's other items" link.
eBay community staff have been made aware of the issue and I'll update as soon as there is more information.
