eBay Subscriber Discounts Shipping Supply Coupon Not Available
eBay sellers report they are unable to access the Subscriber Discounts page to use the code for their store subscriber quarterly shipping supply coupons.
This has been going on for over a week. When I click the link to Subscriber Discounts, I get:
"Oops, we ran into a problem. Sorry about that—please try again later. If you keep getting this message, contact us by clicking Customer Support at the top of most eBay pages"
I've tried clearing my cache, and changing browsers. It's still there.
Customer Support doesn't have an answer for this, so I guess we just wait an undetermined amount of time for them to fix the website?

One seller suggested a possible workaround, but then found that wasn't working either.
If you go to the supplier that sells the Ebay branded supplies and put what you want into your shopping cart, when you go to check out the coupon code will appear on the screen for you to use if you want to...
...WHOOPs. I just tried this an it is not working either. Sorry. I'm sure they will fix it soon.
There has been no acknowledgement from eBay about this issue, but I'll update as soon as more information is available.
