eBay Transaction Details Blank 12-9-22
eBay sellers report Transaction Details page under Payments in Seller Hub is completely blank, preventing them from reviewing important business information like fee breakdowns.
I'm in the list of Payments, and click on "view" to see the payment info (this tells me how much the fees are and how much they are paying out), and I see this:
It's showing up on every single transaction. I need the data that tells me what the specific fees are per item and how much is being received specifically so I can pay the coin shop their share. A day or two ago it was working fine.
Is anyone else seeing a blank transaction view when they try to confirm fees for a sold item? Tested in Chrome and Edge. Showing the same blank display for older transactions too.
Me as well blanks for them all... on both .COM and .CA.
I have noticed in the last week somethings do/n't work on one site or the other.... looks like this one is at least consistent on both...
Some sellers indicated they are still able to see the details in the app, so that may be a possible temporary workaround.
Transaction fee details are displayed in all their glory when using the app. Am I surprised by this ... not really.
eBay community staff confirmed this is a known sitewide issue and provided the following information for reporting to customer support - though predictably eBay's system status page shows no signs of any disruptions or outages.
There is a known sitewide issue for transaction details showing blank for sellers. There is also a ticket open to have this issue resolved. Sellers can reach out to customer support and let them know that they are running into ALERT14326 to have their account added to the ticket.
