eBay Variation Listings HTML Errors Add Odd Characters To Option Dropdown Menus

The technical issue is being discussed in the eBay community forum, showing coding problems with options that use apostrophes, quotation marks or ampersands.
All listings with quotation marks " " wording inbetween quotation marks are appearing distorted

Variation attributes are showing HTML code for quotes and apostrophes.
Variation for size: 4" x 6"

I've confirmed it's not happening with: plus signs, parenthesis, hyphens, slashes
Here's what the error looks like on the listing page:

eBay has not yet acknowledged the issue. Sellers who use variation listings that are impacted by this problem should click the question mark in the bottom right on the screen and use the pop up option to report a technical issue - typically, the more reports eBay receives, the higher priority an issue will be to fix.
