eBay Payment Issues - No Financial Summary Or Payouts
UPDATE:
Some US sellers are also reporting having the same problem, receiving an error message when trying to access Payment details.
Same for me in the U.S.

eBay sellers in the UK are reporting a technical issue with no Financial Summary showing under Payments and no ability to request payouts or see available funds.
@ValueAddedRS ebay users in the uk are currently seeing this under the payments tab of the seller hub. no "total funds" blue box. it has been a known issue for 10 hours. apparently their tech team "are working on it". they must have the slowest tech team ever. @AskeBay pic.twitter.com/vF1uZudr7W

Is anyone else unable to see their "total funds" under the payments tab in the seller hub?
i have attached a screen shot so you can see what i mean
i would be grateful for any replies from other members who are experiencing this issue, too
Thanks for interjecting - i have not recieved a Payout today - but as all my financial information is not visible, i can not see what amount should have been sent - My hub pic looks the same as the other two you mentioned.

Please try again later.Today i have had auctions end, so there should be funds to be paid out, but again that info is not visible.
ebay did manage to take insertion fees from the new listings today, or at least it shows as that they were obtained by ebay.
Will payouts occur on Friday 7th Sept 2023?
It seems that the eBay payout system is down, yet again!
When I go to my payment summary to check the monies available to withdraw, and there are, I keep getting the same message:
"Uh-oh. We ran into a problem and can't show these details right now. Please try again later."
I'm really not interested as to the excuses as to why this is a constant eBay message, but I would like to withdraw my funds that belong to ME and NOT eBay!!! FleeBay have, after all, had their cut already up front, and now I'd like mine!!!!
And five hours later, still not showing our funds ebay are holding, nor about coming (or lack of) payouts - another day without visiting post office it seems.
The problem has been reported to support and eBayUK community staff have acknowledge it as well, saying they are working to resolve the issue.
One seller said they were able to work around the problem by using the eBay app to access their financial information rather than going through the web.
OK folks. The same issue is still happening when trying to demand funds or for the daily payments when you use the eBay website - regardless of the browser you use and all the rest of the stuff.......
If you have a mobile phone that can support the eBay App, then you are able, at the moment, to access any funds that are available to you. Simply select the 'Demand Funds' for the item in question. It might be a long work around for those who have sold several item, but at least it's a working option.
I selected 'Demand Funds' and the system sent the money straight away. It was in my bank account within 30 seconds!

eBay has responded to my BBB complaint twice. The first time they told me that I deserved below standard because my shipping scans were below the threshold. However, I had to quote their own website to them saying that shipping numbers cannot lead to downgrade to Below Standard.
The second response they just said I would be restored on May 20th completely ignoring the issue at hand, admitting an issue existed, or offering any type of solution.
If this concerns you, this happened to you, or worried it may happen, please take action. In fact, take action anytime eBay is doing somethning wrong. They will change nothing if you don't say anything. If enough people speak up, they do make changes.
Promoted Listings has changed the game and removing the ability for someone to promote not only cost eBay the revenue, it makes a persons listings invisible. Today is my last day Below Standard and I will finish with 91.8% reduction in impressions, 53.8% drop in listing page views, and 78% drop in revenue.
Your fortunate to get the negative feedback removed. I just had to escalate to the customer service team getting a couple removed where the customer did not read the listing and one complained a part was not included that wasn't being sold and the other didn't read that the vacuum had an issue requiring repair. My appeals were denied without explanation. I have not had them remove feedback since they changed the process over a year ago. I have to escalate to social media and they fight me on it every time.
Most importantly - please take action. Submit feedback on their website, contact the social media team on Facebook, or however you prefer. These issues will remain if we just stay quiet. I let this go before, not this time. Today I will return to Above Average but I am fighting this until something changes.
