The test was announced in a company blog post today, giving users a heads up that they may be randomly selected to see the new experience in the coming weeks.

At Poshmark, we believe shopping should be effortless, exciting, and uniquely you. That’s why we’re reimagining the Feed as a space that reflects your style, introduces you to fresh finds, and, as a seller, connects your listings with the shoppers who will love them most—making discovery more personal and engaging.

To start, we’re beginning small-scale tests in the coming weeks that you may start to see in your Feed, offering both the experience you know today and a new For You Feed with more personalized recommendations based on how you shop and browse.

Over time, we’ll continue to make optimizations to ensure sellers’ closets are well positioned in this new experience—spotlighting you to shoppers who are most likely to resonate with your style and inventory.

This is just the beginning, and we’ll be listening closely to make sure these updates bring a meaningful impact to the Poshmark experience. We’re excited to explore new ways to enhance discovery and will keep you updated along the way!

Poshmark says they aren't able to share specific details about who will be included in the test, as selection is completely random, but if you are part of the test, you will see a new For You Feed experience when tapping on the Feed tab.

The goal of the test is to enhance how shoppers discover listings by prioritizing content that best resonates with their past behaviors and preferences and Poshmark says they're aiming to connect listings with high-intent shoppers who are more likely to engage and buy.

Poshmark is soliciting feedback about the current feed and shopping experience on the site with a Google form users can fill out.

And I love to hear your thoughts too - what would you suggest for Poshmark to improve the shopping, browsing and discovery experience for buyers? Leave a comment below or contact VAR!

I've had this happen a few times, and it confused me. One seller alleged that they had to use Amazon's services to make sure I got my item in time. I recently bought something simple, and the seller made a mistake. They'd sent me 3 different messages, one of them too early, telling me they hoped my item arrived in perfect condition. The next day, the item was marked as shipped, and I got an official Ebay shipping email. The seller was using direct messages to give me item updates. If I wanted Amazon, I'd have used them myself! lol

Happening to me too. On my active listings page (with the full list) it looks fine, but when I click on them, many have the random characters. I reported it, and that's when one glitch led to another! As I was typing the message after clicking the "?", letters were repeatedly not coming up (usually one or two at the end of a word). I was finally able to get the message entered, but how tedious!
