Sellers Report eBay Offers Glitch 1-22-25
eBay sellers are reporting problems with sending offers to buyers, saying the offer page is unable to load items details and/or the button to send offers is greyed out.

There seems to be a Best Offer glitch. It says I have 42 eligible but when I try to send the offers with a percentage the screen is shaded out and says no eligible offers to send.
Same here. My SEND Button is grayed Out on all 366.

'Send offers' window is blank when I try to send an offer for any item:
It appears that when you select an item to send an offer on, when ebay dynamically generates the page/popup screen to send an offer on a specific item, it does not pull over any item information (no photo, no price info), so that if you put in a lower price or percentage off amount, the system has no price info to compare to and see if you've made a proper offer and enable to Send Offer button.
Since it cant do this comparison, the Send Offer button is constantly greyed out and unable to be used.
The problem appears to be a global issue with users in the eBay UK community also reporting before impacted.

When I try to send offers to interested parties, the pop up window is not populating properly, most of the right side of the window is blank. (Usually contains details of the listing including a picture.)
If I enter an offer price, the send offers button remains greyed out.
UK community staff, Kat@eBay, responded acknowledging the have received multiple reports and forward them to the technical department.
We have had further reports of this happening with send offers from other users. I will log it with tech.
In the meantime, affected sellers say the problem appears to only be in the desktop web experience and they are still able to send offers via the eBay app as a workaround.
