A federal judge has ruled eBay, former execs & security personnel must continue to face civil action in cyberstalking scandal, denying motions to dismiss on 11 of 14 claims.
eBay is opening a new designer handbag authentication center to facilitate cross border trade from Japan to the US.
eBay's attempt to address unpaid items with immediate payment for auctions and offers has unintended consequences, preventing buyers from submitting eligible trading cards to the eBay Vault.
